Wedding Package Options

The Wonder Valley wedding package includes most of the essentials for a complete wedding.

Wonder Valley’s Wedding package includes the following:

  • Six-Hour Facility Event Time
  • Event Planning Consultation
  • Event Facility Coordinator
  • Ceremony Rehearsal (2 hours maximum)
  • Event Facility Manager
  • Wedding Ceremony Venue
  • Ceremony Tables, Chairs, and P/A System (if needed)
  • Ceremony Set-Up and Breakdown
  • Bride’s and Groom’s Day Rooms
  • Hors D’oeuvres Reception Area with tables, chairs, linens (setup and breakdown)
  • Hors D’oeuvres (served between ceremony and reception dinner)
  • Banquet Reception Hall
  • Reception Hall Set-Up and Breakdown
  • Tables and Chairs
  • Discounted Chair Cover Pricing or Chair Upgrade
  • Cake Table, Guest Book Table, and Gift Table
  • Tablecloths (color availability determined by inventory)
  • Colored Napkins (chosen from available colors)
  • Tableware, Stemware & Flatware

Minimums

April through November
Saturdays – 125 guest minimum
Fridays and Sundays – 85 guest minimum

Discounts

Friday and Sunday Weddings: With a 100 minimum guest guarantee, a 10% discount will apply. Once your guest count exceeds 175, our sliding scale supersedes the 10% discount.

December through March
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays – 85 guest minimum

Discounts

Once your guest count exceeds 100, our sliding scale will take effect.
